The GG Set

Bold bright colors seem to be a wardrobe staple for the third season of Gossip Girl. Here in New York Leighton Meester lightens up the set in her Alice & Olivia frock which was available on http://www.shopbop.com/ but is currently sold out basically everywhere. Love the volume, love the pattern, love love love. Hate the fact that once a certain dress gains even an ounce of publicity you'll hardly ever be able to get your hands on it.

Lively Livens Up A Classic

Recently on the set of Gossip Girl in NYC Blake Lively (ahem Serena van der Woodsen) took the blazer to a new level of style sweetness with this candy-inspired creation. Her simple romper balances the rest of her bright outfit and her classic red Chanel bag is très chic. Delicious. The stylists on this set deserve a raise.

Gaga... Monroe?

Lady Gaga debuted a new look in Korea recently and I have to admit that for the first time in Gaga fashion history I'm not feeling it. The Marilyn Monroe-inspired wig looks overly fake, and her outfit to say the least is kind of ridiculous. I'm usually an avid supporter of her risky and inventive fashion sense but I'm really not going goo goo over this one. Never thought I'd say this but I liked the girl with no pants better.

Nation Tees

I have an old obsession with Nation t-shirts that just got revamped thanks to this recent pretty pink purchase from Bloomingdales. The Nation brand crafts amazingly comfortable vintage-inspired tees that I love lounging around all day in. Bloomies has a substantial selection, my St. John Heathered Burn Out Tee from the store is my must-have item to throw on this summer as you can see (I'm the proud owner of the ass in the tight ass jeans), but visit http://www.nationltd.com/ to view a wider selection of this company's breezy merchandise that will suit all your summer needs. My second pick on their website is the Karen Burnout Tee in hunuter green which is a favorite of both Nicole Richie and Mary Kate Olsen.

Chloë Sevigny's Chloé Blazer

At a recent Calvin Klein event in New York City, the ever-stylish Miss Chloë Sevigny donned quite the white Chloé blazer and I love the way she contrasted this flowing formal piece with arguably the most informal closet staple in existence... short denim shorts. As for her ridiculously excessive Donald Trump comb over... there are no words. That hair style will be a hard one to get over.
